Sometimes I forget that the child needs sun and exercise. Days like today when Mema is here to help keep the boy entertained, I spend far too much time behind the computer. I spent the morning deleting out old photos and trying to clear space on our hard drive while Nathan played happily and surprisingly quietly all morning. Just after lunch, I decided it would be a good idea to take Nathan outside so he could get himself all tuckered out for a good nap.
Mema, Nathan, and I ventured out to the spot in our complex where we usually play. Nathan played, and we giggled at how cute he is. I'm guessing that this is the kind of thing that Mema has missed most while she was gone.
It is amazing how much fun a 3 year old can have with a little foam football -- and how much fun a MeMa can have with a 3 year old! Not liking my pictures here -- but if you focus on the 3 year old, it's OK!
